Terms of Membership & Community Guidelines

1. Nature of the System
Empower360 is a private, community-based mutual assistance and member support management platform. Empower360 is not a commercial bank, financial investment platform, savings scheme, wallet provider, or insurance company. Membership dues contribute toward operational sustainability and community assistance administration.
2. Membership Dues & Activation
Creating an account on Empower360 registers your profile in a "Pending Payment" status. An official Empower360 Member ID (e.g., EMP360-000001) is issued exclusively after payment of annual membership dues is successfully verified. Membership remains active for the duration specified in your chosen plan (e.g., 365 days).
3. Guaranteed Funding for Verified Members & Disbursement Amount Policy
For active, verified members who fulfill the 5-peer verification milestone, emergency relief funding is guaranteed. The final disbursement amount per individual request shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Empower360. Empower360 reserves the right to determine the final disbursement amount for each request; submission of a request does not guarantee funding for the full amount specified.
Disbursements are evaluated in accordance with available community reserves and verified need: in most cases, approved assistance might not be the full amount requested, while in other cases there might be a supply of the total amount requested. All decisions are determined by institutional documentation review and available network allocation.
4. Two-Party Authorization Code Protection
To safeguard community resources, all approved disbursements require two-party authorization. The member must explicitly verify a secure 6-digit one-time code delivered to their registered phone number before any bank remittance can be finalized.
5. Verification & Truthfulness
Members represent and warrant that all personal credentials, mobile numbers, and hardship claim documents provided to Empower360 are authentic and legally valid. Submission of falsified documentation or fraudulent claims results in immediate disqualification and permanent debarment.
6. Communications & WhatsApp Updates
By registering with your mobile phone number, you authorize Empower360 to deliver official platform notifications, verification authorization tokens, and transaction updates via SMS and WhatsApp.
